EPS-Yarrowia
Our flag-ship bioaugmentation/biostimulation technology utilizes the activity of single cell yeast – Yarrowia lipolytica. It was developed for application at sites polluted with oil based contaminants. Aside from citric acid, the especially cultured yeast strain produces also lipases and other substances enhancing the dispersion of nonpolar pollutants to increase their bioavailability. The biodegradation is aerobic with the use of blowers (vadose zone) or air-sparging (saturated zone).

EPS-FT
This unique bioaugmentation technology is driven by specific allochthonous microorganism converting the phthalate-based pollutants to compounds benign to environment and human. The method is focused on the remedy of phthalic acid esters using the bioaugmentation injection system.

EPS-DESDEN
Widening the spectrum of possible bio-refinery feedstocks, this technology is an alternative to physical and/or chemical removal of hydrogen sulphide from biogas. The anaerobic denitrifying bacteria capable of chemolithotrophic co-metabolism of Sulphur compounds are acquired from a mixed activated sludge consortium and adapted to greater sulphide and nitrate loadings in a bioreactor. The technology is commonly applied at biogas plants or WWT plants facing the issue of greater hydrogen sulphide generation.
